I am transitioning from an April marathon to a late May half marathon. I want to run fast and target a PB. With 100s of miles in the tank from the marathon, with the right balance of speed and recovery running – the PB is on the cards!

Endurance training needs dedication. It is tough and perhaps the toughest of all are the really long runs. Long slow distance is not glamorous – but it is vitally important.
My amazing sister is inspirational in so many ways. But at 48 it had been the best part of 30 years since she had followed any sort of regular running pattern. It wasn’t easy but she was determined.
